Published ratings and characteristics promoted semantically from the approved source. General Electric ZP-1074 developmental internally fed-back grounded-grid metal-ceramic L-band RF power triode for radar and signal-generator pulsed oscillator service. Nominal indirectly heated cathode heater 6.3 V at 3.8โ€“4.0 A (nominal midpoint 3.9 A). RF back-heating may require reduced heater supply: 5.5 V is specified for a particular 1100 MHz, approximately 2 kW, 0.02-duty example and is not the nominal heater rating. Maximum grid-pulsed oscillator DC anode voltage 3750 V; plate-pulsed oscillator maximum 8000 V applies only during pulses, with up to 10 A peak anode current and pulse duration up to 10 microseconds at 0.003 duty. Maximum documented plate dissipation 110 W with specified heatsink and forced-air cooling; grid dissipation limit 3.5 W applies to plate-pulsed operation. Manufacturer pulse output examples include about 5 kW at grid-pulsed settings and 40 kW in a plate-pulsed setting. Peak pulsed plate currents are not unrestricted continuous cathode-current limits. Manufacturer lists direct interelectrode capacitances. These preliminary ratings are conditional on documented cooling and mode.
