Ferranti/Mullard UCC84 high-frequency double triode for series-heater television cascode RF amplification to about 220 MHz. Each section is specified for max anode 180 V, plate dissipation 2 W, cathode current 18 mA; typical gain factor 24 and gm 6 mA/V at 90 V plate, -1.5 V grid and 12 mA anode. The separate triode on pins 6,7,8,9 is the intended grounded-cathode lower cascode stage; the other triode on pins 1,2,3 is the grounded-grid stage. Nominal heater 21 V, 100 mA in series operation. Quoted 2 kΩ is RF input impedance at 200 MHz rather than general DC plate resistance.

Ferranti/Mullard UCC84 second physical triode for series-heater TV cascode RF amplifier through about 220 MHz. The section on pins 1,2,3 is intended for grounded-grid connection, while pins 6,7,8,9 form the grounded-cathode triode. Each has maximum anode 180 V, dissipation 2 W and cathode current 18 mA, and typical gm 6 mA/V and amplification factor 24 at Va 90 V, grid -1.5 V, Ia 12 mA. The documented 2 kΩ at 200 MHz is RF input impedance, not general DC plate resistance.
