Published ratings and characteristics promoted from the approved German source. RFT HT711 metal-ceramic microwave power triode without integral heatsink, for amplifiers, multipliers and oscillators to approximately 7 GHz. Its specifications share the HT611 manufacturer datasheet. Indirectly heated metal-capillary cathode, nominal 6 V at 0.9 A. Maximum plate voltage 600 V, plate dissipation 25 W, cathode current 72 mA and grid dissipation 0.7 W. At maximum anode dissipation, additional cooling by conduction to apparatus or forced air of 100 L/min at 20°C inlet and 760 Torr is required.
