Rogers 6ET6 single pentode section for automotive storage-battery IF, oscillator and audio-driver use. Heater 6.3 V 0.3 A. Design-center limits: plate and grid-2 each 50 V, plate and screen dissipation each 0.5 W, cathode current 15 mA. At plate 25 V and screen 6.3 V, gm 2100 micromhos, rp 90000 ohms, plate current 2.2 mA and screen current 0.6 mA. Separate typical operating conditions exist for 12.6 V and 6.3 V plate supply. In audio-driver service suppressor grid 3 may be tied to plate, without changing physical section count. Manufacturer capacitances: input 6.7 pF, output 4 pF, grid-to-plate 0.015 pF and grid1-grid2 3 pF. Heater-cathode maximum 50 V.
