Compagnie Générale de T.S.F. 6CQ6S rugged indirectly heated 6.3 V 0.2 A remote-cutoff pentode for RF and AF amplifiers with automatic gain control in military and professional equipment. Absolute anode voltage maximum 300 V, plate dissipation 3.0 W. Screen-2 dissipation limit 0.7 W only at Vg2 up to 150 V, with separate load curve above this level; not entered as unconditional max_screen_dissipation. Screen supply at zero current up to 300 V is not unrestricted electrode screen maximum. Typical Class A: anode 200 V, screen 200 V, grid-1 -2.5 V, anode current 8 mA and screen current 2.1 mA. Transconductance acceptance range 1.8–3.1 mA/V, no single nominal promoted. Unshielded grid-plate capacitance maximum 0.010 pF, input 3.8–5.2 pF, output 5.8–8.2 pF. Heater-to-cathode 100 V magnitude limit and bulb 165°C max; qualified for 450g shock and prolonged vibration 2.5g. No inferred transconductance maximum.
