Bendix TE-52 / 6889 genuine BEAM POWER amplifier, not an ordinary pentode, for high-voltage regulator and high-perveance pulse service in rugged aircraft, military and industrial systems. Heater 6.3 V 1.20 A, warm-up about 45 s; six-pin short intermediate-shell octal base with separate top-cap plate connection. Absolute DC maximum plate voltage 3000 V, screen voltage 850 V, plate dissipation 30 W, screen dissipation 3.5 W, cathode current 125 mA. Separate peak cathode limits: 250 mA instantaneous peak for continuous sine wave, conditional pulse maximum 4.5 A subject to duty-factor curves. Production-test typical gm 5400 µmhos (0.0054 S), allowable range 4500–6300 µmhos, test conditions not assumed as universal operating characteristics. Heater-to-cathode max ±450 V, bulb-temperature ceiling 300°C; maximum pulse plate current changes with duty factor and shall not be promoted as unrestricted DC current.

Operating conditions by source

Each block preserves the test conditions and published values from one reference. Values from different sources are intentionally kept separate.

No source-specific operating conditions are recorded.
