Bendix 6582A miniature hard-glass sharp-cutoff RF pentode, indirect cathode, JEDEC nine-pin E9-1 with 9EJ basing, 6.3 V 250 mA nominal heater per manufacturer's original sheet; prior 300 mA parent current corrected. Absolute ratings plate 200 V, screen 155 V, plate dissipation 2 W, screen dissipation 0.85 W, cathode DC current 20 mA, heater-cathode voltage 300 V, bulb 300°C max. Typical Class A1 at plate 120 V, screen 120 V, cathode resistor 180 Ω: plate 7.5 mA, screen 2.5 mA, gm 4500 µmhos (0.0045 S), plate resistance approximately 0.5 MΩ. With #315 external shield, capacitances grid-to-plate 0.03 pF max, input 4.5 pF, output 3.0 pF. Typical characteristics must not be confused with maximum ratings.

Operating conditions by source

Each block preserves the test conditions and published values from one reference. Values from different sources are intentionally kept separate.

No source-specific operating conditions are recorded.
