Bendix Red Bank TE-35 / 6582 reliable miniature nine-pin sharp-cutoff RF pentode for rugged aircraft and industrial service. Heater 6.3 V at nominal 250 mA (production range 235–265 mA); 25 s cathode warm-up. Manufacturer design-center maximum ratings: plate voltage 200 V, screen voltage 155 V, plate dissipation 2 W, grid-2 dissipation 0.85 W, DC cathode current 20 mA, heater-cathode voltage 250 V; bulb temperature at hottest point max 165°C. Average electrical characteristics at plate and screen 120 V, control grid -2 V: plate current 7.5 mA, screen current 2.5 mA, gm 4500 µmhos (0.0045 S), production acceptance range gm 3500–5500 µmhos. Published direct capacitances: grid-1 to plate max 0.046 pF unshielded and 0.030 pF shielded, input 5.0 pF, output 3.3 pF unshielded/3.4 pF shielded. Bendix uses 45-hour stabilization under overload/vibration/shock; derate for elevated bulb temperature and altitude and regulate heater for long life. No explicit nominal plate resistance is provided; leave NULL. All typical characteristics separate from limiting ratings.
