Section 1
Tesla 4NE9 directly heated oxide-coated electrometric tetrode for measuring circuits, filament 1.25 V at 26 mA (permitted filament voltage 1.1–1.3 V). Manufacturer clearly distinguishes anode typical 10 V from maximum anode 12 V, with space-grid voltage 8 V typical and maximum 10 V, control-grid bias approximately -2.5 V. Original text reports very low electrometric control-grid current about 3×10^-13 A, and gm as 60 nA/V (electrode-specific; do not promote to static gm without independent confirmation). Grid connection brought to bulb top for high insulation; silicone-treated glass must be handled using clean gloves. Modified S7/10 lead base, not inferred canonical socket code.
