Mazda 1F3 directly heated 1.4 V, 50 mA variable-mu (remote-cutoff) RF pentode for battery-operated receivers with B7G seven-pin base. Maximum anode voltage 90 V, screen voltage 67.5 V, and maximum MEAN cathode current 5.5 mA. Mazda typical operating points (plate V/screen V: plate current, screen current, gm, approximate rp): 45/45 V: 1.6/0.7 mA, 0.65 mA/V, 350 kΩ; 67.5/67.5 V: 3.3/1.6 mA, 0.95 mA/V, 260 kΩ; 90/45 V: 1.7/0.66 mA, 0.70 mA/V, 800 kΩ; 90/67.5 V: 3.4/1.4 mA, 0.87 mA/V, 500 kΩ. Promoted transconductance and plate resistance use the 90 V anode / 67.5 V screen typical point, not maximum ratings. Manufacturer publishes interelectrode capacitances.
